WOW !

It has been 21 years since I took my very first Buyer out house hunting! She was nervous and excited all at the same time and YES, she knew she was my first client. We had so much fun that day, I was so new I had to call in for my license number before I could sign the contract.

 

 

 

 

How times have changed, our laws are different, our forms are different and there are so many more of them!

One thing hasn’t changed, I still meet  the fearful first time buyers, the excited moving on up crowd and right on up to the more experienced and knowledgeable investor. The people are all  the same, their needs are still
